* **Liquidity Contribution**: When NFT Gardens are purchased, 75% of the the funds are added to the Liquidity pool. This helps to stabilize and support the overall financial ecosystem of Money Garden.
* **Transferability**: Garden Owners have the right to transfer ownership of their NFT Gardens to others, allowing for flexibility and trade within the community.

## Garden Owners Benefits

* 50% of Game Store revenue for first two months
* 10% of Game Store revenue after the first two months
* 0.4% of each $MGA trade
* Collect 10% taxes from players who play on the Land.
